Still in Limited Trial, Why Google+ App Widely Available for Android and iPhone?

Many users of Google+ initial project feels happy and give good ratings to Google+. But other much more users are not yet able to enjoy the slightest from this new social service. That can be felt only curiosity and a desire to experience themselves on Google Plus, including the mobile platform applications on the Android and iPhone.

Is it true that giants online server of Google are not capable to accommodate an emerging services? Did not they able to index billions of pages and deal with millions and even billions of user accounts, either emails, blogs, Picasa and other Petabytes data.

Are these only Google strategy to make people waiting and wondering? Perhaps yes. In facts, many people not yet able to add friends, create a status message and much less adding a photo or video.
