News: Nexus S, Fastest Android Phone from Google

Gingerbread, the fastest version of Android OS yet, has it own home from his mother, Google. On early December 2010, Google was launch their 'pure Google' smartphone called Nexus-S. This product was co-developed with Samsung. It ensuring tight integration of hardware and software to fully support the latest advancements of the Android platform. Also, Android Gingerbread was open-sourced after Nexus-S launched to gathers contributions from the Android ecosystem.
Nexus-S is the first smartphone to feature a 4” (480 x 800 pixels) contour display designed to fit comfortably in the palm and along the side of face. This is super AMOLED capacitive touchscreen. A 1 GHz ARM Cortex-A8, PowerVR SGX540 GPU (Hummingbird chipset) processor paired with 16GB of internal memory and makes Nexus S one of the fastest phones on the market.

It comes pre-installed with the best of Google apps and enabled with new and popular features like true multi-tasking, potable Wi-Fi hotspot, and full web browsing. As the fastest version of Android yet, it delivers a number of improvements, such as user interface refinements, near-field communications (NFC) support, a new keyboard and text selection tool, Internet (VoIP/SIP) calling, improved copy/paste functionality and gyroscope sensor support (as in Google Blog Post).

As a 'pure Google' and part of the Nexus brand, Nexus S delivers many Googling experience such as unlocked to support all operators widely, unfiltered access to the best Google mobile services and the latest and greatest Android releases and updates.
